People are not content to accept the manifested signs of femininity or masculinity and get on with their lives, but will work with the extant system of codes (hair-length, clothing, manner of gesticulation, etc.), again, either accommodating it, tweaking it, or entirely subverting it...<BR/><BR/>'Culture' and 'cultural' variation superimposed on our biology/biologies.<BR/><BR/>Lo and behold! transvestites, metrosexuals, etc. and then there are always those who straddle the dimorphic fence through no motivated activity of their own, the 'chaotic' (in the mathematical, not the value-laden, sense) outgrowth of genetic diversity...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
